The Burden of Proof

Want a scary thought? What will you do when Barak Hussein Obama is re-elected? Many political pundits, whether they call themselves conservatives, Republicans or whatever, believe that Obama will lose the election due to the economy.

My answer to that is: where are all of the current protestors? At the White House? Nope. They are doing just what this administration has programmed them to do; they are railing against the big, bad capitalists in the cities and especially on Wall Street, creating the class divisiveness that Obams has claimed to not be a proponent of.

Obama's opposition in the coming election is not very impressive and as I said before, what will you do when Obama is re-elected? When re-elected, he will have absolutely nothing to lose by enacting his most outrageous desires. Amnesty for illegal aliens and open borders? Count on it. Further destruction of the oil industry? Need you ask? Federally regulated education curriculums and total Obamacare? Assuredly. The United States will be a very, very different place under a second term of the Obama tyranny.

All of us have spoken to our friends and neighbors about how important the independence of Texas is. Heaven knows that Daniel Miller has bluntly listed enough facts for ANY doubting Thomas, but there are still those among us who have a "wait and see" attitude. This, of course, is totally understandable, given the indoctrination all Americans have been exposed to since childhood. This has not been an evil indoctrination, but one that infused us with pride to be a United States Citizen; to be part of the "greatest country on earth". In many ways, it is unfortunate that nothing stays the same and also unfortunate that the generations of elected politicians in Washington, DC have slowly and deliberately degraded the stature of the United States, to satisfy their own agendas, to what it has become today. I won't re-list all of the issues and reasons proving this and unless you have been in a coma, you know what they are, yet many of us are still shouldering the burden of proof.

Do we really want to go down with the ship? The Houston Chronicle's business page had an article touting the increase in cargo shipping at the Bush IAH. Want to know what the cargo shipments were that caused the big increase? It was the shipment of oil company equipment OUT of Texas to countries where they can operate and make money, such as Africa and the Middle East. The Chronicle is a typical, liberal press and naturally promotes the liberal agenda and the current administration, as do many, if not most newspapers today. I cannot understand why these people do not / will not see what is happening and I have no doubt that many of their readers believe much, if not all of what has been printed. Here again, the burden of proof is on our shoulders to keep speaking out, writing and spreading the word in any way we can.

This is our time; right now. We must INSIST on a referendum vote to free Texas from a very scary future under the tyranny of a very probable future socialist disaster. We have a responsibility, as Texans, to our ancestors, to our families and to our children to save this land and our way of life. The burden of proof may be upon our shoulders, but when you feel too weighted down, just think of those who made ultimate sacrifice for a free and independent Texas.
