TNM Fire Relief

Texas is burning. Texans are suffering. We can help.

The Texas Nationalist Movement is receiving requests for assistance from all over Texas and it's time for Texas Nationalists to answer the call to serve.

There are three ways that you can help.

First, you can donate supplies. The Fire Fighters are spread very thin all over Texas. In some locations small volunteer fire departments are being forced to deal with five simultaneous fires. In other locations all departments in the region are responding to fires that are nearly 20,000 acres with 0% containment. They need help.

They are asking for donations of lip balm, cases of water, cases of sports drink, hand towels, wipes, white t-shirts and small snack foods.

TNM is collecting these items at all local meetings this week as well as the main office in Nederland. We will be setting up additional collection points and times as they become available.

Second, if you cannot donate supplies or cannot make it to a collection point and want to help immediately, you can donate online at this link (http://www.texasnationalist.com/index.php/donate/tnm-fire-relief). 100% of the proceeds collected online will be used to purchase the above listed items until the fires are out and the remainder will be used for direct relief to families that have lost everything in the fires.

Third, if you want to get more hands on then we are asking you to volunteer. We are coordinating with local agencies in the areas affected by the fires to place TNM volunteers where they are most needed. Shelters are filling up and the work of food and clothing distribution has already started. If you'd like to volunteer your time then email us at firerelief@texasnationalist.com.

No matter which of these three that you choose, we ask that you do what a good Texan does - lend a helping hand to your neighbor.

When this has passed we will be collecting clothing and other supplies to help these families rebuild their lives.
