Don't Cross the Cattle Guard

On July the 12^th, Obama announced that he will be issuing an executive order requiring gun dealers to report multiple purchases or numerous purchases within an unnamed time period, to the federal government. This executive order will affect only the southern border states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.

Herein lies the problem that all Texans should be outraged about. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to pass any federal law that singles any state out for the enactment and enforcement of that law. When a federal law is passed, it is mandated that the law is effective in all 50 states!

Fellow Texans, it is obvious that Texas again, is being singled out for another frontal attack from this federal government. But why you ask? The answer is simple.

Texas and Texans clearly stand in the way of the new course of “hope and change”! Texans do not want the “change”, we see being imposed upon the country right now. Texans will always declare their right of God given freedoms, and will stand up for those rights if pushed hard enough.

This executive order has a two fold mission. One, is to begin to divert the issue of our own government smuggling assault rifles into Mexico under the Justice Department directive called “Fast and Furious”. The director of the ATF has already blown the whistle on this outrage as has ATF agents in the field. This whole affair was orchestrated to place the blame for assault rifles in Mexico, on the dealers and citizens of the U.S. so gun control efforts could begin. All they managed to do however, was get a federal border patrol agent killed, and continue to expose themselves for who they really are. And two, to begin the steady process of gun control by executive order.

By issuing this executive order to only border states, and by the way, states that have a citizenry that will never give up their guns, the federal government begins its attack to disarm that citizenry, so “hope and change” can continue without interference from,” the little people “. My friends, the ploy is obvious, and the results will be disastrous, if we allow this to happen

In Texas, we have things called cattle guards. Those guards are not only meant to keep our property in, but also to keep unwanted things, out! Texans, with this executive order, the federal government is going to attempt to cross our “last cattle guard”! We have seen through history that to control a population, all you have to do is disarm it. That is what is coming Texans!

As Texans, we cannot and will not allow this to happen! When this executive order is signed, it will be time for the people of Texas to rise up and stand together as never before. It will be time for Texans to think seriously and take seriously, the position of declaring Texas, an Independent Republic again!

WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS REGIME TO CROSS THIS CATTLE GUARD!
