Ok, so we lifted a line from Bill Clinton's campaign. But in this day and age everything tracks back to the economy. If you want to understand how the world works all you have to do is follow the money.

In a previous article ("Two Myths About Capitalism") the author touched on the origin of the word "economy". The root word economia actually means "household management". This tells us that Wall Street is not the economy. Neither is Main Street. The economy is YOUR street.

This is likely why one of my favorite all-time books on the subject is by the recently departed John Pugsley.

In my estimation it is the single best work on the practical aspects and implementation of a freedom-based economy ever written. As a matter of fact, I have a copy that I carry around in my car.

This 1980 work is more relevant today than it was when it was first released.
